I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping people navigate the stress, joy, and nuance of what it means to be a person in the world.

In session you can expect humor, connection, safety, and trust to be the foundation of our relationship. I use an attachment centered approach to help kids (4+), teens, adults, and family systems process everything from day-to-day stressors to traumatic experiences and loss.
